Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 small head cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, peeled and julienned or thinly sliced
2 medium green apple, cored, thinly sliced
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Method
Whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, and Dijon mustard in a large mixing bowl.
Add in cabbage, apple, and celery. Toss to coat well with dressing.
Divide into 4 plates. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Serve and enjoy.
