Ingredients 2 cups almond flour 2 tablespoons coconut flour 4 medium eggs 3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon coconut oil, divided and melted 4 banana, cut into small pieces 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground cooking spray Method Lightly grease waffle maker with cooking spray. Preheat to medium-high. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, applesauce, water, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, and cinnamon. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Fold in the banana slices. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the waffle maker, and spread the mixture evenly. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat procedure with the remaining batter. Place waffles in individual serving plates. Drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
